We believe strongly that the quality of care provided depends upon positive, involved
management and dedicated capable staff. To achieve our high standards of care we
are committed to training and staff have the opportunity to attend a wide variety
of courses in relation to the conditions and illnesses some of our residents may
have.
The Manager at Newlands is supported by a devoted team, many of whom have worked
there for a number of years. All staff are trained to Scotvec level 2, 3 or 4 depending
on their position, hold a PVG membership and are registered with the Scottish Social
Services Council.
Newlands is managed by Nichola Henn a qualified Adult Nurse. Nichola is passionate
about making a difference to the lives of the residents.
